The author of the apps listed in these pages is an information technology professional who decided to get back into programming as a hobby after spending his post-college years doing Networking and Support. He noticed that there were a lot of 'general' use apps out there that target a large audience but nothing that went into two specific groups that he proudly belongs.
Joe has been involved in Emergency Services in Pennsylvania since 2003. He is an active volunteer with both a Rescue/EMS company and an Engine company in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Training Officer for the EMS company.
In addition, Joe has been a paintball player for at least 12 years and is involved with a nationally recognized paintball team.
